Crowley's Ridge Parkway is a 212.0-mile route that traverses the states of Arkansas and Missouri along the geologic formation known as Crowley's Ridge. The Byway's terrain is characterized by upland hardwood forests, farmland, orchards, historic buildings and battlefields. Home to four state parks, the Parkway combines natural splendor with rich Civil War history showcased in numerous historical sites. Crowley's Ridge is home to unique plant and animal species and teems with wildlife, waterfowl and rare birds like the American Bald Eagle and Ivory-billed Woodpecker. The Arkansas segment of the Parkway travels among scenic vistas, wild flowers and many different unique species of animals and plants. In Missouri, the route runs through unique countryside in the southeast boot heel with views of cotton, sand, swamps and yucca plants.

A great number of lodging accommodations, fashioned country stores, antique shops, galleries and restaurants that range from fast food to fine dining are found in the principle cities along Crowley's Ridge Parkway. The cities and towns to stop, eat and relax at along the route are: Helena-West Helena, Marianna, Wayne, Harrisburg, Forrest City, Jonesboro, Paragould and Piggott in Arkansas and Campbell in Missouri.
